WonderProxy Documentation
WonderProxy provides proxy and VPN servers in 277 cities across 103 countries, purpose-built for localization testing. These docs will help you get connected and start verifying how your site or app appears to users around the world.
- Connect to a Proxy: The quickest way to start testing. Install the WonderSwitcher browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge and switch between locations in a click — complete with GeoIP and browser geolocation overrides. You can also configure proxy settings directly in your browser or operating system. Proxies are ideal for testing geotargeted content, regional pricing, language variations, and ad targeting in the browser.
- Connect to a VPN: When you need to route all of your device’s traffic through another location — not just browser traffic — use a VPN connection. This is the right choice for testing native apps, desktop software, or anything that doesn’t respect browser proxy settings. WonderProxy supports IKEv2, IKEv1, and L2TP, with setup guides for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and TP-Link routers.
- Integrate with Testing Platforms: Run your localization tests as part of your existing test suite. WonderProxy works with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, and more, so you can automate regional testing alongside your other end-to-end checks.
- API Reference: Manage your account programmatically. The WonderProxy API lets you list servers, create proxy access tokens, configure IP authentication, and set up custom DNS entries.
- Account Setup: New to WonderProxy? Start here to add servers to your account, generate credentials, and get oriented before you connect.
